Taking Cebrius

Once-Daily Treatment

Your neurologist will start CEBRIUS (Cenobamate) at a low dose of 12.5 mg once daily and gradually increase the dose following a carefully designed titration schedule. This gradual approach is important for safety and tolerability.

Stay Connected With Your Neurologist

Contact your healthcare provider if:

  • You continue to experience seizures
  • You notice side effects
  • You miss multiple doses
  • You have questions about your treatment

What If I Miss a Dose?

If you happen to miss a dose of CEBRIUS, just take your next day's dose as you normally would to get back on track — don't double up. Do not change your dose or restart treatment on your own without medical advice.
